environment? As a Utilities Mechanic , you will be an essential
part of the team, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our
critical utility systems. From heating and cooling systems to air
and water supply, you’ll be the go-to expert in keeping everything
running smoothly, ensuring optimal production and safety standards.

LOCKOUT/TAGOUT procedures, and adhere to Good Manufacturing
Practices (GMPs) to maintain a safe, compliant, and
high-performance environment. Your skills and attention to detail
will directly contribute to the success of the team and the plant
as a whole! WHAT YOU’LL DO: The below statements are intended to
describe the general nature and level of work being performed by
people assigned to this job. They are not intended to be an

assigned. Keep Things Running: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair
vital utilities like water, air, steam, refrigeration, and heating
systems to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency across the plant.
Perform Preventive Maintenance: Execute regular preventive
maintenance (PM) tasks, including inspections, calibrations, and
part replacements to prevent disruptions and keep systems in
optimal working order. Quick on Your Feet: Respond to emergency
breakdowns and repairs with speed and accuracy, minimizing downtime
and keeping production on track when things go wrong. Monitor and
Optimize Systems: Continuously monitor the performance of utility
systems, ensuring everything—from pumps to valves to motors—runs at
peak efficiency. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with
maintenance and production teams to ensure utility systems meet the
plant’s needs, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
Innovate & Improve: Bring forward your ideas to improve efficiency,
streamline processes, and contribute to energy-saving projects that
reduce operational costs. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain
accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repair
logs and regulatory compliance checks, ensuring the plant stays
ahead of inspections and audits. Safety First: Follow strict safety
protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself, your
team, and the entire facility when working with heavy equipment and
high-pressure systems. WHAT WE’RE SEEKING: To perform this job
successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are
representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

perform the essential functions. High school diploma or general
education degree (GED) and 1 years of related experience and/or
training in an industrial mechanical maintenance or food
manufacturing environment; or 4 years’ direct experience in an
industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing maintenance
environment. Vocational Diploma, Technical Diploma or associate
degree from a technical maintenance or vocational school.
(Preferred). Function effectively in a team environment and
interact productively with all levels of team personnel and outside
contractors. Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift or scissor
lift or other powered industrial trucks (PIT). Understand and
follow oral and written instructions. Ability to read and execute
work order, write daily reports, and translate equipment manuals.
