Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician with at least 5 years of experience in the commercial HVAC field. The ideal candidate is not only experienced but also eager to continue growing professionally. In this role, you will work on a variety of HVAC systems, from installation to diagnostics and maintenance, ensuring peak performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: -Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and package units. -Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal functionality. -Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to ensure systems run efficiently. -Deliver exceptional customer service, clearly communicating with clients to address their HVAC needs. -Embrace opportunities for learning and growth, staying updated on the latest techniques, tools, and industry best practices. -Ensure compliance with all safety standards and industry regulations. -Collaborate with colleagues to complete projects efficiently and to the highest professional standards. Requirements -5 years of experience working with commercial HVAC systems. -Eagerness to learn, grow, and refine your technical skills. -Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. -Experience with commercial equipment such as rooftop units, package units, and split systems. -Relevant HVAC certifications (EPA, OSHA, etc.) are a plus. -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
