The Inside Sales Representative - Upsell/Renewals will focus on General Business and play a key role in driving customer renewals and upsell business opportunities by qualifying and nurturing installed base in support of our rapidly growing business. Your path for success - our expectations of you within first 30/60 Days: Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Zscaler's technology - and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to ensure customers maintain high satisfaction level with Zscaler Meet and exceed daily and weekly call goals as well as deliver a strong, accurate forecast weekly Identify, research and formalize a comprehensive territory strategy using all of the resources provided you, which include: field marketing, inside lead/demand generation, channel/partner alliance teams Familiarize yourself with Zscaler's services and messaging and understand how we do things. Establish and develop a strategy for creating demand within your named accounts or assigned territory. Your path for success - our expectations of you within first 90 Days: Master Zscaler's messaging and competently present our proposition to your team. Establish and develop a strategy for creating demand within your named accounts or assigned territory and account list. Research and understand the technology installs across your assigned account list and identify areas to expand your accounts (White list) Document daily sales activities in Salesforce, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to sales management. Develop your pipeline through a combination of cold calling, targeted account marketing, targeted account events, email campaigns, market sector knowledge/intelligence and by working closely with our channel partners on account mapping. Manage all renewals and identify upsell opportunities in an assigned territory including: Quotes (including Coterminous values), Multi-year Upsell, Product Cross-sells Carry a quota (annual/quarterly) for Renewals and Upsell revenue Calling into existing customers, channel partners and engaging in Zscaler value sell to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline What we expect from you: Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (preferably com ) Good understanding of Security fundamentals such as Firewalls, Proxies and Web Security Gateways Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and possess strong analytical skills Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented high growth sales environment Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills Experience with Apttus and Salesforce.com desired What you can expect from us: An environment where you are selling cutting edge technologies and architectures A fun, passionate and collaborative workplace Competitive salary and benefits, including equity Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related strongly prefered Why Zscaler?
