Description Becoming an Consumer Sales Rep , you will help
contribute to our overall sales growth by educating existing and
new customers on Verizon’s product and service offers. Through
professional training, we give you the tools and skills necessary
to take ownership of your performance while being a part of the

Apply today! Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from
customers regarding multiple products and services. Place outbound
calls to customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
Customize and recommend offerings based on individual needs.
Process sales orders accurately and promptly. Achieve monthly
individual sales goals . Keep abreast of new product releases and
service offerings When applicable, schedule store check-ins.
Continuous skill development through training and personalized
product knowledge. Leverage available tools and resources to

(Undergraduate or some college preferred) 12 months of retail or
customer service experience. Proficient with computers Legally
authorized to work in the United States Willingness to work
evenings, weekends, holidays as needed. At least 18 years old
