This is a fast-paced, high-impact role combining sales, leadership, and production management. WHAT YOULL DO Sales & Customer Experience - Meet with homeowners and build strong, lasting relationships - Conduct in-home consultations and create customized painting proposals - Follow up with prospects and close projects - Communicate clearly and consistently with customers - Represent CertaPro Painters through marketing and community events Production & Leadership - Manage residential painting projects from start to finish - Partner with Job Site Supervisors and crews to ensure quality and efficiency - Recruit, onboard, train, and retain field team members - Conduct job site inspections and safety meetings - Ensure OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards are met Business & Growth - Collaborate with sales, office, and production teams - Maintain accurate records in the CRM - Set, meet, and exceed performance goals WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR - Self-motivated, results-driven attitude - Strong communication and leadership skills - High attention to detail and pride in your work - Ability to manage multiple projects at once QUALIFICATIONS - 2-year degree preferred or equivalent experience - Sales or construction/painting experience preferred - Valid drivers license with clean driving record - Willingness to work some evenings or Saturdays as needed - Spanish speaking a plus but not required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Competitive base salary plus commissions and bonuses - Ongoing training and career growth opportunities WHY CERTAPRO PAINTERS CertaPro Painters has been delivering certainty to customers since 1992 and is the largest painting franchise in North America.
