Communications. As a Management Trainee, you will receive
comprehensive, hands-on training that encompasses direct sales,
customer acquisition, team leadership, operational management, and
strategic campaign development for Frontier's diverse product
offerings. This program develops your exceptional leadership,
communication, and strategic planning skills, teaching you to
motivate teams, analyze performance, and drive market expansion.
Key Responsibilities of the Management Trainee Complete leadership
training in coaching, mentoring, and motivating sales and customer
service teams. Support daily team management, lead meetings, set
targets, and conduct performance reviews for sales and customer
support. Master every aspect of Frontier’s operations through
hands-on training, customer acquisition, service, and campaign
execution. Drive customer acquisition through direct sales,
overseeing the end-to-end sales process for residential clients.
Ensure team compliance, maintain quality customer interactions, and
sales processes per company standards. Train under senior managers
and master strategic planning, client relations, and operational
problem-solving. Develop and implement personal and team
performance improvement plans, focusing on enhancing efficiency and
effectiveness. Contribute to client reporting and communication,
understanding key performance indicators, and the value delivered
to Frontier.
