strong client relationships, sell insurance policies, and

Sponsorship for Property & Casualty insurance license We're looking
for: Licensed Personal and P&C insurance agents with a strong
sales track record. Motivated sales professionals with a proven
success generating revenue and achieving quota. Individuals with a
proven ability to quickly learn and master new concepts.

interest in building relationships with customers and serving them

floor". Individuals with a willingness to innovate and improve our
sales process to enhance performance results. Individuals with high
energy and integrity. What You'll Do: Build strong client
relationships and trust through a consultative sales approach,
guiding clients to fully understand their insurance options and
select the most suitable carrier. Educate clients on the value of
Guardian Service's offerings. Sell and service home, auto, umbrella
/ liability and other personal insurance products. Exceed
individual sales goals. Foster strong client relationships that
drive referrals and renewals. Maintain accurate records and
consistently check on clients' coverage needs. Provide valuable
feedback and contribute to company growth. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of sales
experience (insurance for at least 1 year). Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management
abilities. Analytical skills for reading and interpreting reports.
A passion for customer success. Must possess active North Carolina
Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license. EEOC
