We're searching for an ambitious, professional real estate
buyer's sales agent for an exciting opportunity with our team.
You'll be responsible for generating leads, working with
prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the

Responsibilities:
--- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real
estate market
--- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing
statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth
transaction
--- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure
a successful sale
--- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information
on available properties that meet their needs and budget
--- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email,
and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline
and cultivate qualified leads

You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
You are excellent at building rapport quickly, listening to the
needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead
generation are your strength zone. Overcoming objections comes
naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to
service.
What You'll Do:
--- Execute a lead generation lever weekly
--- Conduct open houses monthly
--- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to
appointments
--- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
--- Participate in scheduled training
--- Participate in team activities per team standards
--- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, Hangout, and Partner
Call
--- Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market home
--- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other
listing-related services
--- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and
identify homes
--- Negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
Qualifications:
--- At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant
real estate experience
--- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree
preferred
--- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and
current real estate trends
--- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by
car
--- An established track record of successful real estate sales
Skills You Have:

--- Licensed real estate professional
--- 3+ years of real estate sales experience
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills
--- Learning-based, growth-minded
--- Organized
--- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
--- Excellent time management skills
