Compensation:

1%-3% commission + $800 draw for the first 8 weeks

Responsibilities:
--- Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
--- Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
--- Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
--- Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory

Qualifications:
--- A bachelor's degree or high school diploma is preferred
--- Experience using a CRM is preferred
--- Applicant must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
--- Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
--- To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Our clients are busy professionals who want to enjoy their pool at their leisure. They don't want to worry about a liner tearing or replastering their concrete pools. They want fun and relaxation 24/7 which is what a fiberglass pool offers. Fiberglass pools don't need a ton of repeat maintenance like vinyl liner pools. This in essence puts our service department out of a job, but we don't mind because we know our clients have a better product long-term.
