We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You'll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. Responsibilities:

Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
--- Consult with clients to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
--- Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
--- "Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and you're very best advice

Qualifications:

Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
--- Must have current NC Real Estate License

--- Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends
--- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
--- Customer service or real estate sales background preferred

--- Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
