Responsibilities:
--- Lead conversion: Proactively reach out to leads generated through various sources, such as online inquiries, referrals, or marketing campaigns, via phone calls to convert them into clients.
--- Market analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values, market trends, and competitive prices, enabling informed decision-making for clients.
--- Show properties: Schedule and conduct property showings, providing clients with tours, answering their questions, and highlighting key features and benefits.
--- Negotiations: Represent clients in negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants, aiming to achieve favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
--- Contracts: Prepare and review contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
--- Client communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of transactions, providing updates, and addressing any concerns or questions.
--- Team collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including brokers, agents, and administrative staff, to leverage collective expertise, share knowledge, and ensure smooth workflow and excellent client service.
--- Ethical standards: Adhere to ethical standards and professional code of conduct, maintaining integrity, confidentiality, and loyalty to clients and the real estate profession.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License
Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
--- Must Have or Be in the Process of Obtaining a Real Estate License
