Fully Remote, Contract Work from Home OpportunityJob Summary:
-You are a seasoned B2B Growth Marketer with a thriving freelance
book of business looking to add a new fractional client. Driven
Insights is a progressive, best-in-class outsourced finance &
accounting firm with a 100% geographically distributed workforce
and clientele. DI has experienced strong and sustained growth by
delivering unmatched outsource finance and accounting services. To
build upon this trajectory, we seek a highly qualified growth
marketer to report directly to our Managing Partner. The right
candidate will have proven, quantifiable track record designing and
overseeing the execution of a wide ranging marketing mix targeting
growth businesses. The primary function of this role is to serve as
to take an active role in evolving our marketing strategy and
execution. Over time, the Growth Marketer will take on increasing
level of oversight. Initially expect 5-10 hours week, with needs
will flex up and down over time.Meet Our Incredibly Talented and
Collaborative Team Here: Job Responsibilities:
- Think strategically alongside executive/marketing team while
providing tactical guidance to execute ideas
- Help guide and evolve marketing initiatives from design through
successful execution. Initiatives shall initially include - but not
be limited to - the following areas:
- Email campaigns
- Social media -
- Digital and in-person events
- Website refinement
- Content development
- Serve as a marketing subject matter expert, handling inquiries
and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the
preparation and dissemination of communications
- Assume other responsibilities that arise over time, as
requiredRequired Skills and Abilities:
- Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of maintaining a professional,
positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Must be highly tech savvy, creative, and thrive in a fast
paced, growing, deadline driven environment
- Must be proactive in anticipating firm needs and consistently
demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
- Independently exercise good judgment, discretion and sound
reasoning in making important decisions
- Strong level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite,
Google Cloud Suite, HubSpot and other marketing tools
- Demonstrable track record of successfully developing and
executing marketing initiatives and leveraging data to rapidly
iterate -
- Network of proven experts (eg: copy writers, graphical
designers, SEO expertise) with whom you've successfully worked and
can tap to complement existing team and your expertise as
needed
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects effectively, with a
focus on outcomes, consistent accuracy & timeliness
- Ability to operate with high degree with autonomy with proven
problem-solving skills
- Ability to switch gears and frequently reprioritize
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong
customer service acumen
- Sound written and verbal communication skillsEducation and
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading wide range of marketing
