hiring Client Service Representatives (CSR) to contribute to an
on-going government sponsored study. When your job contributes to
this important work, it is easy to get excited about what you do.
CSRs will work in partnership with a nonprofit research
organization to populate and maintain a large online database
called the Occupational Information Network (O*NET). Sponsored by
the U. S. Department of Labor, O*NET is the primary source of
occupational information about the workforce in the United States.
The starting pay range for the position is $18.00 to $22.00
depending on education and experience. Business hours are Monday to
Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. No nights/weekends will be required.
There will be four weeks of on-site training in Raleigh at the
beginning of the position. Work following this four week period
will be a hybrid environment with some in person and some remote
work. The work location will be dependent on meeting
performance/attendance standards. Responsibilities:

contingent upon the candidate showing proof of being fully
vaccinated against COVID-19 (currently at least 2 weeks following a
one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine or two doses of the
Pfizer or Moderna vaccines) to pass the pre-employment requirements
for hire. Candidates with medical conditions and/or sincerely held
religious beliefs or practices that prevent them from getting the
vaccine(s) may request an exemption from the vaccine
requirement.
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including good
command of English language; correct grammar usage and punctuation
for professional correspondence are a must.
- Proficient with Windows applications and email
- Comfortable in a high-dialing work environment
- Must be able to meet the following physical demands: speak on
the phone for up to 90% of your shift, work in a side-by-side
cubicle office environment, communicate through speech and
listening, typing and sitting at a desk viewing a computer screen
for the majority of your shift. Education Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Have demonstrated job tenure in one of the following sectors or
industries or a similar field: account management, human resources,
public health, non-profits, academia, legal, banking, business
development, or technical support and sales
- Display sharp intuition and instincts related to finding and
reaching establishment decision-makers
- Easily build rapport, cultivate and maintain relationships;
convey confidence over the phone
- Easily develop business-to-business relationships
- Commit to an ongoing, full-time positionOther Information:

- This position is currently a hybrid work environment. Some
on-site and some remote work will be expected.
- When working remotely, you'll be issued company-provided
equipment. You'll need a landline or cell phone to make calls and a
private work-space free from distractions. A technology stipend
will be provided while working remotely. A home internet speed of
25 Mbps download/3 Mbps upload (to determine the speed of your
Internet connection, go to Speedtest.net and run the application)
is required.
