Job Description:

NextLot, named as the fastest growing company in Raleigh by Inc. 500 in 2012, is revolutionizing the way online auctions are run. During the pandemic, the company grew 70% in 2020 and continues to grow at a rapid pace. NextLot is seeking a responsible and motivated self-starter to sell NextLot's industry leading online auction software platform to auction companies. The ideal candidate is looking to work for an organization with an entrepreneurial, high performing culture. The person must have the work ethic, character, and aptitude to succeed in this type of organization.

This is a full-time remote position. - The candidate must be based in North Carolina.

Responsibilities:
Make 75 calls per day from a curated list of prospective customers.
Perform thorough discovery to learn about the businesses of each prospect you speak to.
Educate potential NextLot customers about the benefits of NextLot's online auction solution.
Set up 2 appointments a day for NextLot's senior executives.

Qualifications:
Prior software sales experience preferred but not required.
Ability to make high volume outbound metrics: Cold calling, email, etc.
Experience with full-cycle sales.
Ambition that is internally motivated.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Outgoing, fun personality.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Difference maker who is not afraid to share new ideas and help move the company forward.
