Part Time Brand Sales Ambassador The a2 Milk Company is changing the way the world drinks milk - bringing people back to dairy, one glass at a time. Published research suggests that some people who have digestion issues when drinking ordinary milk find they can enjoy a2 Milk-- and avoid this discomfort. Summary: We are seeking a professional Brand Ambassador that is reliable, enthusiastic and a go getter. As a BA you will serve as the face and voice of a2 Milk, you will educate the buyers on what a2 is and build brand recognition. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to formulate a game plan on educating stores and the development and execution of all aspects of a2 Milk retail needs. The chosen candidate will be a road warrior hitting stores. Must be an early riser, self-motivated individual willing to travel with overnight stay. Responsibilities Hit 9-12 stores per day educating Dairy buyers as well as selling in distribution voids, increasing facings, gaining better shelf presence, placing POS/IRC---s, packing out backstock and fixing missing tags Ability to coordinate/route yourself to hit different stores and navigate yourself throughout this region Accurately report all completed retail tasks by utilizing a software program on your cellular device Ability to interface effectively with clients, leadership and managers in a professional manner. Communicate effectively with store personnel/management, regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions and store sales plan objectives Ability to lift 25 pounds routinely with repetition. Re-sets: can be very physical in nature. Re-set activities could include: removing items from the shelf, moving shelves, building fixtures and displays, reorganizing the products according to POG Qualifications Bachelor---s degree or equivalent work experience Prior retail/grocery reset and sales/merchandising experience Must have current valid driver---s license and clean driving record Results oriented, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, communication and teamwork Creative thinker, highly approachable, social, outgoing and energetic with an positive attitude Naturally entrepreneurial, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative Must be self-motivated, team player and results oriented and can work independently. Early riser, in the stores by 8am Maximum 30 hours a week Overnight travel up to 50% What---s in it for you?
