rely on us for real-time visibility and risk control to protect
their web applications from OWASP top 10 threats like Magecart,
account takeover, formjacking, code-injection attacks, cross-site
scripting, and other user- and device-based threats. Our
first-look, first-strike capability is earliest in the kill chain,
reducing risk across applications, networks, and users while
ensuring organizations are compliant with today's security-driven
regulations. We are headquartered in Raleigh, NC with offices in

entrepreneurial team member with the vision to develop and direct
sales support by generating, identifying and qualifying leads. This
is a high growth role to increase brand awareness and schedule
meetings that will generate sales qualified leads (SQL). SDRs work
with Marketing to turn prospect lists and inbound marketing
qualified leads (MQL) into booked meetings for the sales team. SDRs
are naturally curious, highly driven and motivated self-starters
who can identify and develop new business. This job is for you if
you are an exceptional, enthusiastic, recent (or soon to be)
college graduate. You are passionate about a career in professional
sales. You are excited about technology, you have a positive
attitude, and you consistently take the initiative. You have a
desire to learn and develop. You have excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Your outstanding interpersonal skills allow
you to connect with customers, sales and marketing teams, senior
managers, and other business units. As the first person with whom
many prospects speak, you must be comfortable on the phone, have an
engaging personality, be obsessed with success, and be
knowledgeable about Cymatic's offerings, client needs, and industry
trends.Responsibilities* Perform outbound phone calls and emails to
identify, engage and/or penetrate qualified leads from strategic
accounts generated by various marketing events: lunch & learns,
events, webinars, and target campaigns.* Schedule website/
in-person demonstrations and sales appointments.* Track lead
generation, engagement, and performance through Salesforce.com.*
Update and monitor all qualified leads converted to opportunities.*
Achieve weekly targets and management-based objectives (MBO).*
Communicate in a cooperative and professional manner with all
levels of staff and clients.* Create and scrub prioritize strategic
target account lists.* Identify, research, and pre-qualify
prospective organizations and contacts to build your lead funnel
(doing basic discovery to understand a prospect's needs,
priorities, and goals as well as vetting their fit as a client).*
Follow-up and meet SLAs on inbound leads within the marketing lead
qualification and nurturing process.* Execute established daily
cadence of prospecting and conversations through phone, email,
social media, and mailers to qualify leads.* Accurately track key
lead properties and provide detailed notes of each interaction;
complete all the necessary discovery questions to help understand
and qualify a lead/prospect.* Must display self-accountability
along with desire for personal growth and ownership through
providing feedback to help mature the SDR program.* Consistently
attend sales meetings and educational activities to stay up to date
on the latest developments, trends, regulations in regard to
companies offerings and the marketplace.* Utilize open and closed
ended questioning to identify decision-makers and key influencers
during lead qualification process.Required Experience, Knowledge, &
Skills* Six (6) months of sales or marketing experience required,
including internships* Cybersecurity or technology sales experience
preferred* Comfortable cold-calling potential clients* Dynamic
personality with a drive to reach decision makers* Excellent
written and verbal communication skills* Proficiency in Microsoft
Outlook and Excel products* Ability to tactfully persuade people
explore new opportunities and directions* Able to work
independently as well as on a team* Eager to grow knowledge of
security, technology, marketing, and sales* Well-organized with
effective time and activity-management skills* Ability to
prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously* Goal-oriented,
able to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly goals* Confident with the
ability to work well in a fast-paced environment* Excellent
demonstrable knowledge of CRM concepts* Understanding of and
passion for the cybersecurity software industry* Creative and
strategic thinker, balancing big picture vision and tactical
implications* BS/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant

absorb current messaging and marketing material and take a wide
