Our manufacturing client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor for their manufacturing facility near Lexington, KY.Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and manage a team of 12-15 FT hourly maintenance personnelDevelop and implement maintenance procedures and schedulesReport directly to the facility Maintenance ManagerCoordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgradesManage spare parts inventory and maintenance suppliesEnsure compliance with safety and environmental regulationsDevelop and manage departmental budgetsMonitor and analyze equipment performance and downtime to identify areas for improvementCollaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and minimize downtimeProvide technical support to maintenance personnel as neededParticipate in the recruitment, selection, and training of maintenance personnelRequirements:BS/BA degree from an accredited college or University requiredOpen to working 3rd shift (10p-7a)2+ years' of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor within a high speed/high volume/highly automated manufacturing environmentStrong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsStrong knowledge of PLC's (troubleshooting)Experience working with CapEx projects.Experience with maintenance scheduling and planning softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills
