--- Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
--- Location: Raleigh, NC
--- Schedule: You will work a modified DuPont Schedule (12-hr
shifts with a rotating schedule):
--- Compensation: -$29/hr - $34/hr (for Electrician) and -$27/hr -
$32/hr (for Maintenance Mechanic)
o Bonuses/Additional Compensation: $5K sign-on bonus

Position Description: In this role you will perform
troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of all electrical and/or
mechanical systems associated with production and facilities
equipment at the company's carton manufacturing plant in Raleigh,
NC. Some specific responsibilities include:
--- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all production
and facilities equipment.
--- Install and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and
electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and
equipment. (Electrician)
--- Work with AC & DC drives, instrumentation, transducers, and
hydraulic/pneumatic controls. (Electrician)
--- Understand and follow electrical code, manuals, schematic
diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications, using hand tools,
power tools, and electrical and electronic test equipment.

--- Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for
continuity, current, voltage and resistance. (Electrician)
--- Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keeps accurate
maintenance records.
--- Install, maintain and calibrate industrial instrumentation and
related devices as required. (Electrician)
--- Use computer to check status of jobs/electrical repairs that
need to be completed. (Electrician)
--- Inspect and test electrical malfunctions, using testing
instrument, manuals, guides, and blueprints, etc. (Electrician)
--- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and make
adjustments. (Mechanic)
--- Work on pneumatic and hydraulic systems. (Mechanic)
--- Work on gear boxes, bearings, belts, chains, rollers, pumps.

--- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform
required maintenance and services. (Mechanic)
--- Perform simple machinist skills. (Mechanic)
--- Fabricate and weld brackets, etc. (Mechanic)
--- Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment, and
connect cables and wire between machines and equipment, following
manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints, using hand tools and
test equipment. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or
other components for high voltage and low voltage.

--- Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or
repair electrical wiring, equipment, machines, etc.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have
troubleshooting and maintenance experience with Electrical Systems
(AC circuits-motors and drives, DC circuits-motors and drives, 480
Volts 3 phase, transformers, control power, relays), Electronic
Systems (controls, ladder logic
