Challenges and Opportunities Please note that this role is for DynamicWeb, not Inventive! Dynamos are a team of passionate, helpful, and committed individuals. The team loves to roll up our sleeves, constantly iterate, and stay focused on the work that matters.Your first priority will be to dive in and learn DynamicWeb's eCommerce, CMS, and PIM solutions. These enterprise-level platforms are sophisticated, and we understand it takes time to become well-versed. In your first 30 days, you'll be mastering the material and participating in client meetings via shadowing.After you get up to speed, one of your primary responsibilities will be curating exceptional client experiences using our eCommerce platform. You'll participate - and, later, host! - workshops conducted with our clients to discover their needs.On any given day, you will collaborate with project teams of Project Managers, Integration Engineers, Software Developers, and external partners. If you are more junior, you'd pair with a more tenured eCommerce Architect for any custom development that's needed on the ASP.NET platform.So, where do you begin?Workshops! Together, the team meets onsite or remotely with the client to discover their business needs, gather specifications, refine requirements, build estimates, and plan for a successful ERP implementation. Deliverables you'd collect include the scope of work, a project plan, and a quote.As the project progresses, you'll participate in sprint meetings, constantly troubleshoot, and continue to balance project scope against evolution of the client's requirements. Over the lifetime of your relationship with the client, you'll generate user stories and manage change orders and enhancements with the goals of maintaining the existing solution while taking DynamicWeb's functionality to new heights.What's unique about this role is the extreme ownership you are able to possess. 1+ years of experience leading client interactions in a Product or Architect role
1+ years of experience in the eCommerce industry
Analytical Roles: prior accomplishments in solving complex problems with technology
Servant Leadership: proven success being a guide for others
Confidence: naturally conversational with the ability to read the room
Quick Study: ability to quickly learn and apply a broad range of concepts and definitions
Curiosity: naturally driven towards learning and by continuous improvement
Adaptable: ability to quickly adjust and adapt in technical or interpersonal situations
Intrinsic Motivation: ability to be productive in a remote and fast-paced environment
Wildly impressive folks will also have experience with: Custom application development
NET, C# or SQL server architecture
Writing SQL queries
HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Razor
Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV, Finance & Operations, or CRM
Expertise in eCommerce websites and CMS systems e.g. Shopify, BigCommerce, Magneto, et al.
