Job Description

• 
  
• 
  Complete assigned preventive maintenance work orders for facilities maintenance work.
  
  
• 
  Regularly review job plans, machine history, and spare parts inventory to continuously improve preventive / predictive maintenance program for facilities related equipment, structures and systems.
  
  
• 
  Act as first point of contact for facility work orders and repairs, including but not limited to roof leaks, climate control problems, plumbing issues, pest reports, grounds keeping issues, and door repairs.
  
  
• 
  Complete minor painting touch ups, ceiling tile replacement, insulation and weather stripping repairs.
  
  
• 
  Maintaining the appearance of the building to meet all cGMP requirements.
  
  
• 
  Repairs and painting of all areas of the building.
