Job Description:
The Credit Analyst supports their local market by providing
portfolio management overview, underwriting analysis and
recommendations to the loan committees. In this constantly changing

ResponsibilitiesCollects, analyzes, and summarizes borrower's
production and financial information into a recommendation for loan
committee reviewEnsures all new and existing loans are fully
compliant and fall within the Company's Loan Policy guidelinesActs
as the first line of defense in managing reconciliations,
identifying crop mix changes and out of compliance issuesProvides
analytical review for any loan amendments or modificationsOversees
the coordination of crop insurance inspections and account
reconciliationsPerforms root cause analyses and assists in
collections efforts of past-due loansAttends company meetings,
conference calls and training(s) as necessaryPerforms other duties
as assignedExperience, Qualifications and RequirementsPreferred
Degree in banking, finance, accounting, statistics, or
economics-related fieldMinimum 2 years' experience in a banking or
finance-related fieldExperience in commercial credit underwriting /
analysisCompletion of a credit training program preferredExperience
in agriculture a plusSuperior Skills in Microsoft Excel, Power
Point and WordStrong written and communication skillsAttention to
detail a mustMotivated, self-starter with ability to adapt in a
fast-paced environmentMay be required to travel on occasionPhysical
