Job Description:

Works within a team of Engineers that provide Incident Management from within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment Responsible for Cisco related troubleshooting of routers, switches, ATM's Understanding of voice and data systems, and other monitoring related activities focused on the hardware and software of the company. Seek and maintain professional relationships and effective communications with Client Line of Business, other Infrastructure teammates, vendors, software agents, outside specialists, and industry experts. Undertake research of hardware/software products and maintain strong knowledge with current technologies, especially those commonly used in the Client organization. Requirements: Previous Incident and/or Problem Management experience is required. Incident Management from within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. Cisco related troubleshooting of routers, switches, ATM's, an understanding of voice and data systems, and other monitoring related activities focused on the hardware and software of the company. Network Certifications including CCNA/CCNP are preferred. Previous managerial/technology lead experience is preferred.
