Job Description:

Looking for Facilities Technician for Sanctuary/Pre-school to help maintain the facility, grounds, assisting with events, and maintaining supplies. Schedule: Flexible schedule working Wednesday through Sunday 7 or 8am start time typically Pay: $22- $24 Job Description: The primary functions would be maintaining the grounds, leaf blowing, power washing, drywall repair, minor HVAC maintenance, maintaining lighting, cleaning before services, setting up and taking down tables/chairs for events, managing inventory, ordering supplies, need someone with good customer service and people skills because they will be interacting with office staff, teachers at the daycare, and 3rd party vendors. Busiest time of year is high holy days - this year it will be in September, but they receive an influx of guests/visitors at this time and would need them to be helping for various events. No custodial bathroom duties because they outsource a cleaning service. They also have a lawn service so they wouldn't be responsible for anything more than minor upkeep on the grounds. This person will need to be a self-starter and offer ideas/suggestions on a maintenance program to implement.
