**Responsibilities****Health Practice Area** + System analysis of
solutions in an agile development environment+ Support of
applications in production, development of defined projects, and
design and development of new features and functions+ Support
includes analysis of current systems, monitoring of operations, and
analytic support of new development activity**General Job
Description** + Work on our business team, assisting as a liaison
to our technology development team+ Communicate technical
requirements to the development staff and the business requirements
to management, including the client+ Learn and support existing
product and work to ensure that these products meet client needs+
Manage software development processes, preferably agile and scrum
processes+ Identify new functionality needs, enhance existing
processes, write in-depth user stories+ Perform Data Analysis/Issue
Analysis+ Provide support to clients on PCG's health products+
Perform quality control on new system development efforts+ Provide
overall operational support to the client+ Work with clients and
exhibit excellent customer service, strong organizational and time
management skills, attention to detail, and analytic
skills**Specific Responsibilities** + Translating and simplifying
requirements+ Influencing stakeholders and work closely with them
to determine acceptable solutions+ Respond to support requests from
client+ Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a
variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user
satisfaction+ Liaising extensively with external or internal
clients+ Conduct testing to ensure that the systems work as
expected**Qualifications****Education/Experience** + Bachelor's
Degree+ Experience in SQL+ Experience in any programming language+
Able to work with a diverse range of people **Skills** + Strong
attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a
fast-paced environment+ A track record of following through on
commitments+ Intermediate understanding of Database Design+
Quantitative skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data+
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills+ Excellent
documentation skills+ Written and verbal communication, including
technical writing skills+ Knowledge of software development life
cycle protocols+ Excellent planning, organizational, and time
management skills.+ Ability to write SQL Queries to perform Data
Analysis+ Programming skills in SQL and any other languages+
Ability to follow instructions and run batch processes+ Ability to
troubleshoot system issues and find solutions+ Ability to review
data, trends, and results to make recommendations on improvements+
Testing skills to confirm results to business and technical
requirements+ The individual must have the ability to work remotely
and independently, the ability to organize and plan work
efficiently within set time limits, as well as review numerous data
points while paying strict attention to detail+ The individual must
be able to communicate openly and effectively with clients and
internally, manage significant amounts of data, and produce written
analysis and reports+ Must be able to understand and apply business
needs, interpret the business logic, and able to translate the
business requirements to technical

Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors
including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role,
skill set, and level of experience.?As required by applicable law,
PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for
this role: $74,768-$155,000** **. In addition, PCG provides a range
