Job Description:

AllSTEM Connections is looking for a diligent and attentive purchasing and procurement specialist to join a strong team in Raleigh, NC!

Job Responsibilities:
---Position reports directly to Director of Finance, IT, & Procurement
---Establish formal procurement policies and SOP---s for the organization
---Owner of US Strategic and Operational Procurement processes, such as Procurement to Pay (P2P), Vendor Contract Management, Supplier performance
---Proactively engage and collaborate with business stakeholders, in order to solve operational issues and problems related to Procurement operations
---Lead RFQ/RFP processes with departments to identify best supplier solutions to support the business
---Develops and manages reporting, benchmarking, and analytics to support the organization particularly around budgets and spend categories, contract compliance, Procurement performance, supplier scorecards
---Create internal purchase requisition process and process Purchase Orders
---Work with the parent company---s Procurement team to input into and develop core Procurement projects globally
---Working knowledge of inventory/logistics, which is one of largest spend categories to manage
---Other projects, duties as assigned by Director of Finance, IT, & Procurement

Qualifications:
---This role requires proactive planning, supplier management (internal and external) to identify potential issues, inventory management and SCM (supply chain performance) KPI (key performance indicator) ownership
---Bachelor---s degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
---5-10 years of experience with sourcing, procurement operations, procurement consulting, or business systems / operations
---Demonstrated knowledge of relevant technology systems including ERP, eProcurement, Spend Analysis, and Contract Management
---SAP experience preferred
