Job Description:

A CAD Production Manager to be responsible for leading production staff, delegating tasks, and performing design tasks associated with all aspects of airport development while working under the direction of civil engineers. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting project managers and other engineers in the preparation of construction plans and specifications on projects within NC, SC, VA, and WV.Required:10+ years of experience with civil engineering development projectsHigh School DiplomaAssociate degree in a related field (preferred)Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and ExcelJob Responsibilities:Coordinating production and development of airport improvement plans, specifications, design calculations, and technical documents.Perform design tasks associated with all aspects of airport developmentAssist project managers and other engineers in the preparation of aviation-related civil construction plans and specifications.Calculating construction quantities and developing cost estimatesUnderstanding survey data and being capable of incorporating of a survey into design documentsEarthwork and site grading designStormwater designCAD and file managementType of Job:Direct HireSalary:$80k/yr.- $100K/yr.Shift and Hours:Monday Friday8 AM- 5 PMIf you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please contact Jaie Rogers at jrogers@selectek.com or 678-802-6632.
