Job DescriptionThe Material Handler (MH) will work with the Warehouse Coordinator (WC) on maintaining a safe and organized layout of the material and supplies in the warehouse and in the yard. They will pull material together and put it together for upcoming jobs so crews can get out of the yard in a timely fashion. They will also make sure the warehouse and yard area stay organized and take care of any trash or debris from breaking down shipping containers. They will inventory material and notify the "WC" on low inventory items for ordering. They will report to the Warehouse Coordinator.

• Material Handler
  • Inventory
    • Inventory of the Customer material on a daily/weekly basis and give the counts to the WC to be entered onto the inventory sheet.
    • Inventory of the Customer Material delivered, and counts given to WC
    • Inventory of bulk consumables delivered, and counts given to WC
    • Inventory of PPE/Rubber Goods and counts given to WC
    • Stock
      • Stock shelves with the Customer Material
      • Stock shelves with the consumables
      • Stock shelves with the PPE/Rubber Goods
      • Check In/ Out
        • Check in/out customer material to the crews
        • Check in/out PPE/Rubbers Goods
        • Check in/out Consumables
        • Organize
          • Reorganize the shelfs at the directions of the WC/AM
          • Organize the shelfs with oldest to the front and newest to back
          • Yard/warehouse
            • Tidy up the yard and warehouse as needed
            • Escort vendors around the areas with sensitive material
            • Report to WC/FM any unsafe conditions that may existOther duties as determined by OperationsPowered by JazzHRH1aKPLP0Ms
