Prometheus Group supports a variety of asset-intensive industries with innovative software delivered both on-premise and in the cloud. In this role, you will be a line of support for customer-facing infrastructure. You will work closely with Software Architects, Dev Ops engineers, and Systems Administrators to ensure continuity, availability, and security of all the SaaS products.
Job SummaryThe role of the Functional Consultant provides technical and functional expertise to customers via training and assessments on processes and software within SAP.

Responsibilities--- Train end users and super users on Prometheus software and functionality on multi-day engagements--- Help customers understand technical and functional aspects of Prometheus products and standard SAP--- Perform onsite process assessments--- Propose business process and system configuration changes to customers--- Create custom documentation outlining details of site visits and recommendations--- Manage ongoing customer interactions and training/consulting opportunities--- Demonstrate Prometheus solutions via online meetings, onsite visits, and trade shows


Skills and Experience--- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or relevant work experience--- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in teams--- Ability to travel 50-80% during the week--- Must be comfortable speaking in front of medium-large crowds--- Ability to learn quickly through on-the-job training--- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Experience with any of the following is beneficial, but not required:--- Experience working in a production or manufacturing facility, or similar
