Strategic & Competitive Intelligence Professional is responsible
for conducting analytical research projects and delivering
actionable insights to help the business deepen its understanding
of its market and competitive landscapes in support of new business
growth, strategies and client development. Key Responsibilities
Effectively execute marketintelligence and research projects across
a wide range of market segments, megatrends, customers, solutions
and technologies. Mine, interpret and synthesize data into
intelligence and insights to create meaningful communications,
reports and presentations. Create compelling and impactful
story-driven analyses with clear and actionable connections to key
business decisions and implications. Organize and manage multiple
projects while maintaining and progressing toward different
deadlines, while also supporting business partners' time-sensitive
needs. Interface with internal business partners, understand
internal client needs and manage internal relationships.
Proactively provide and communicate market-related information,
intelligence, insights and metrics to BV sales, growth and
operational functions. Develop and maintain functional and
operational expertise across multiple external information and
database services, platforms and industry relationships. Experience
and proficiency in financial analysis to support strategic growth
assessments by facilitating and delivering market plans with
objective market forecast projections. LI-AK1 Management
Responsibilities Individual Contributor Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of the engineering and construction
industry, such as natural gas, LNG, renewables, transmission,
distributed generation, hydrogen, energy storage, environmental,
water infrastructure, telecommunications, electric vehicles, data
centers, fertilizers, petrochemicals, etc. Adept with Excel,
PowerPoint and other data and presentation software, with advanced
capabilities in pivot tables, charting and other data analytics.
Strong analytical and critical thinking competencies, with the
ability to distill large amounts of data into strategic analysis
and meaningful insights. Experience and proficiency in financial
analysis, including developing market forecasts and projections.
Project organization and coordination skills, with a keen attention
to detail and accuracy, and an ability to prioritize tasks and
execute multiple projects simultaneously. Writing skills that are
clear, concise and grammatically correct. Effective oral
communication skills with demonstrated abilities to lead
executive-level meetings, host conference calls and deliver
presentations. Creative yet pragmatic and results-oriented problem
solver, with a interpersonal skills oriented toward listening,
collaboration, teamwork and resiliency. A mindset devoted to
learning, improving and maintaining a sense of curiosity about the
world and the business environment. Minimum Qualifications 10 years
of experience, preferably within a market/competitive intelligence
group and/or with engineering and construction companies and/or in
