Reach out to set up a phone conversation with us!Summary of Responsibilities:The Project Manager is the overall project leader and has complete responsibility for her/his projects, starting as early as initial client contact and ending when the project closeout is completed. The PM ensures that their projects meet all internal and external expectations for client satisfaction, budget, reporting, adherence to the project schedule, quality, and safety.Essential Job :Leader in maintaining positive relations with internal and external project team members throughout the project's design, construction and closeout.Manage and/or coordinate internal project team members and resources. This may require on-site management.Assist with preconstruction activities including, prequalification, bid solicitation, and bid packages.Oversee procurement process, bid analysis and contract awards.Manage project performance indicators including financial reports, schedule, cost control and change requests.Manage project communication and documentation of drawings, submittals, RFIs, meetings, and closeouts.Coordinate and lead project meetings with superintendents, clients, design team, consultants and subcontractors.Develops and participates in quality control procedures and inspections to ensure client's needs and expectations for performance, scope and schedule are met.Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Position Requirements:Strong leadership skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in conceptual estimatingFamiliar with Design/Build project delivery methodAbility to analyze data and make timely decisions and recommendationsAbility to perform multiple time-sensitive tasks concurrentlyAbility to communicate professionally with others, including Building and Planning Officials and other government bodiesAbility to coordinate outside vendors, particularly in the due diligence processQualifications and Experience:Completed a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction ManagementMinimum five years of relevant project management experienceExperience with Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam and other software systems as necessary (i.e., scheduling, job cost, bid analysis software packages)Physical Demands:The moderate physical effort required to sit, bend, stoop, lift, walk and climb. Maximum unassisted lift is 70 lbs. and average lift is less than 10 lbs. Requires ability to use a keyboard and monitor. Also requires the ability to communicate verbally, both in person and on the telephone. Will require some travel by car/truck.Environmental Requirements:Moderate to extreme outdoor conditions. Above average noise levels. Protective equipment is required. Average inside office environment. Average office noise levels. No personal protective equipment is required.
