MTI trainee, you will be paid $0.43 PER MILE when you go out on the
road with a trainer. You will then receive a 1 CPM Pay Raise Every
Quarter. That means as an experienced one year driver, you will
start your career earning 47 CPM! No other program offers a rate
that high for Trainees or first year drivers!
Our five school locations provide the best training available with
professional trainers and one-on-one attention to ensure you are
comfortable and confident every step of the way. After graduation,
you may be offered a position with Millis Transfer and receive 100%
