Job Summary BlueHat Mechanical is looking for a lead installation mechanic with extensive experience in Commercial HVAC installation especially in commercial and industrial settings. Candidate should have experience installing large rooftop package units, split systems, CRAC units, process chillers, mini split and vrf units, refrigerant piping. Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan resources for projects. Including assistance in estimating hours and materials.--
• Manage Projects.--While working as lead mechanic, manage helper staff for maximum productivity. Responsible for completing jobs within estimated hours and material cost.
• Equipment Startup. For smaller equipment, candidate should be able to conduct a startup, including properly charging system, and verifying operation of unit and all accessories.
• Manage Inventory. Candidate should keep truck stocked with common materials and tools needed to minimize time at supply houses. Qualifications and Skills
  • High School Diploma
  • Post high school HVAC/R program
  • 10+ Years of commercial HVAC/R install experience
  • EPA 608 CFC Certification
  • Ability to lift heavy object 50lbs and climb ladders
