We have an amazing opportunity for a Pre-Sales Engineer who has a
Security. This individual will help
bring innovative and creative solutions to meet our customer's
security. GenesysCloud is looking for an
experienced Sales Engineer, Security. The
candidate will act as a product expert for our platform and keep
security trends in the industry.
Work with sales team to create winning
responses to prospect questions as well as contributing to
Maintain a security questionnaire
repository, ensuring it remains current.
Work with product and development teams
to ensure new product features are included in the repository.
Create and deliver technical
demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert to
Be able to articulate a clear and
effective message to both technical and non-technical
audiences.What do you need to have?
experience in security fundamentals, sales engineering and
experience understanding customer needs and being able to
solutions to customers and prospective customers
experience in Cloud Security Fundamentals
knowledge of PCI, HIPAA, ISO, SOC, and other compliance
ability to lead complex sales cycle, with a track record of
- BS or BA
equivalent work-related work experience
- Ability to
travel up to 50%
- BS Degree or
Certifications as CISSP, CISM, GIAC and 3+ years of
- AWS Cloud
Experience implementing or auditing any
compliance. ISO27001, SSAE18 SOC2,
FISMA, FEDRAMP, PCI, HIPAA, preferred
