auto dealer community, providing financing and related services to
both dealers and consumers nationwideThe Loan Servicing Specialist
3 within Wells Fargo Auto is responsible for providing daily
operational support to the various loan servicing departments
- Collateral Management ?Prepare title documentation or review
existing title work to ensure Wells Fargo Auto is lienholder on
origination titles. Service inbound and place outbound calls with
customers, dealers, DMVs and internal business partners related to
unperfected loans.? Role specializes in eliminating title
exceptions originated from Consumer Auto Center loan originations
or dealers in the Specialty Market portfolio.
- Paids Research- Releasing collateral documents to the
appropriate party once the loan is paid off in a timely manner.
Assisting customers who have misplaced their collateral documents.
Servicing inbound calls from customers, dealers, and internal
business partners relating to collateral documents for closed
accounts. Working multiple specialized reports in relation to the
release of collateral document.
- GAP Claims: Responsible for initiating a Guaranteed Asset
Protection claim and aftermarket cancellation request to reduce the
deficiency balance remaining after a total loss insurance
settlement is received. GAP Claims provides services for customers,
internal/external business partners, aftermarket product
administrators and dealers.
- Repair Check: Responsible for account maintenance of
repossessed vehicles with repairable damage, in addition to the
endorsement of insurance repair checks for non-total loss vehicles.
Repair Check provides service to customers, internal/external
business partners, and third party insurance companies.
- GAP Follow Up:? Responsible for collecting documentation
required to complete the GAP claim and aftermarket cancellation
process to reduce the deficiency balance remaining after a total
loss insurance settlement is received and verify the accuracy of
rebates/refunds received. GAP Follow Up provides service for
customers, aftermarket product administrators, and dealers.
- Title Processing Unit (TPU)-?Receiving/Processing
all?repossession titles for states requiring a repo title to sell?a
vehicle?at?auction.? Flipping?the title to replace the registered
owner with WFA?name. Processing?repo affidavits for states that do
not require a repo title before selling vehicle at?auction.
Distributing?all repo titles to various auctions depending location
of repossessed vehicle.?
- Total Loss (without GAP): Responsible for initiating
aftermarket rebate cancellations on total loss accounts (without
GAP) to reduce the deficiency balance remaining after a total loss
insurance settlement is received. Total Loss provides services for
customers, aftermarket product administrators, and dealers.Various
work schedules available based upon specific business need.
- 6+ months of experience in one or a combination of the
following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications,
and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

- Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using
problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a

- Working knowledge and experience of AutoIMS, CARS,? FDI,
- Must be able to attend full duration of required training
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or
