Strong salary & incentive packageLaptopHealth Insurance401KCompany VehicleFuel CardJob Type : Full TimeLocation : Raleigh, North CarolinaPay : Great Pay + Benefits!Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to meet sales goals and expand our customer base in the commercial concrete construction market.Team Development: Provide leadership and development to the sales team, enhancing their skills across all sales processes.Market Analysis: Perform thorough market research to understand industry trends, identify potential clients, and assess competitors strategies to improve our market stance.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their needs and delivering innovative solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside different departments to create custom solutions, presentations, and proposals that meet client needs.Negotiations and Contracts: Manage negotiation processes and contract drafting, ensuring beneficial agreements.Sales Strategy Evaluation: Regularly assess and refine sales strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.Brand Representation: Act as a company ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and open new business channels.Reporting: Generate and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.Mentorship: Guide the sales team towards excellence and achievement through continuous mentorship.Experience you will need:Experience: At least 5-10 years of experience in progressive outside sales roles, with a preference for those within the construction industry.Communication: Excellent communication skills across various mediums (phone, email), coupled with strong data management abilities.Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, computer literacy, and experience with CRM software (e.g., Cosential, Hubspot, Salesforce).Leadership: Independent and team-oriented leadership capabilities with a high level of self-motivation.Education: A Bachelors Degree in Business, Construction Management or related field, with a strong business acumen.Driving Record: A valid drivers license and a commendable driving record.Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
