Job Description
Responsible for maintaining a high degree of knowledge of
appropriate laws and regulations for an assigned product specialty
or geographic area. Analyzes and interprets Federal, State and
other regulatory authorities' rules and regulations. Reviews and
analyzes internal and external regulatory reports and coordinates
with responsible parties to ensure compliance with applicable
regulations. Conducts compliance reviews, manages compliance
exceptions and investigates and responds to customer complaints. Is
actively involved in the development, implementation and
distribution of all regulatory or compliance based policies and
procedures. Provides current regulatory information to management
and applicable business units and maintains records to meet
compliance requirements. Assists in the development of compliance
programs and conducts training and monitoring.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Eight to ten years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong knowledge of federal, state and local laws and
regulations
3-4 years of Management/Supervisory/Leadership/Mentorship
experience
Thorough knowledge of the products, policies, operations and
procedures related to the business unit
Strong organization, analytical and project management skills
Strong planning, implementation and negotiation skills
Effective interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location,
which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ
based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank
offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and
recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and
pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay
Range: $92,480.00 - $108,800.00 - $119,680.00
