We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant to join Supreme Lending in Raleigh, NC. This role is an excellent chance to manage and develop long-lasting relationships with both the Selling and Listing Real Estate Agents; the ideal candidate must be comfortable working with tight deadlines and have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. This is an in-office position only - must be willing to come into the office.

Responsibilities:
--- Monitor and manage realtor inquiries through phone, email, and other communication platforms.
--- Liaison between the operations team and real estate agents to communicate effectively and accurately on each loan transaction.
--- Prepare and send thank you cards/ gifts to referral sources and new clients.
--- Support marketing by coordinating, creating, obtaining compliance approval, tracking, and distributing advertising materials and social media posts.
--- Manage monthly compliance-approved email marketing to realtors.
--- Attending closings
--- Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
--- Coordinate social events for the promotion of the company.

Qualifications:
--- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
--- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
--- Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
--- Must have social media experience and strong computer skills.
--- Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred.
