Job Description:

Village Dental Family and Sedation Care is excited to be hiring for an Insurance Coordinator. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of dental office experience. The role includes, but is not limited to:

Dental Insurance verifications
Insurance breakdowns accurately entered into practice software
Explaining dental insurance coverage and benefits to patients
Following up on outstanding dental claims
Following up on outstanding A/R
Sending outstanding accounts to third party collection agency
Maintaining accurate reports in third party collection database
We are looking for someone who is passionate about attention to detail, helping patients and enjoys working in a team environment. You must be able to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment. We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available.
