Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming phone calls,
texts, and/or emails from prospects and existing customers.
Utilizing this information, the coordinator sets up this
information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool as
well as setting the appointment for the estimator.RequirementsTo
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The lists below are
representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability
required.Minimum Qualifications
Education: Minimum High School
Graduate/ College PreferredYears of Experience: Minimum of 1 year
customer serviceLanguage Skills: -Must speak English fluently and
Spanish is a plusDriver License: -PreferredKnowledge, Skills, and
Abilities
Experienced with Microsoft Outlook,
Word, Excel at an intermediate level
Excellent written and verbal
communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work
effectively with peers, clients, vendors, and a wide range of
people with diverse cultural backgroundsPossess a motivated and
professional attitudeAbility to work independently, handle multiple
tasks simultaneously and access all responsibilities for
priorityAccuracy in CRM updates and the assignment of work to other
individuals within the companyEssential Functions
Manage incoming calls and prioritize
appropriate steps to ensure 100% customer satisfactionCommunicate
with customers as it relates to job function - scheduling and
invoicing issues, etc.Ability to simultaneously work within CRM /
Salesforce / Acuity / Excel / otherAssist in scheduling of salesman
Assist all associates with questions and needs as they arise with a
cooperative spiritNotify management of trends or issues with the
customer interaction processWork schedule flexibility to cover for
others while they are out of the officeAbility to adapt to changing
work processesOther clerical tasks as needed and requestedPhysical
DemandsMust be able to lift 25 pounds. Must be able to drive
between various offices, walk, stand, and sit frequently throughout
