maintaining superior customer service.Responsibilities:
Hands on and in-depth knowledge of AR
processMonitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting
customers via telephone and emailManage cash applications ensuring
all cash receipts and credit memos for customer bill-backs and
deductions are applied properlyMaintain accounts receivable records
to ensure aging report is up to date, collections and deductions
are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and variances
are clearedProvide accurate forecasting of collections for weekly
cash management reportWork with Sales teams to resolve customer
disputes, support correction of root causes, and enable timely
collectionsIdentify slow-paying customers and communicate
collection challenges to managementAssist in streamlining and
improving the accounts receivable process by identifying areas of
improvementMeet all the productivity related goals on a monthly

2+ years of experience in credit and
collections requiredMinimum of an Associate's degree
preferredExperience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
preferred1+ years of experience in Order to Cash processKnowledge
of Microsoft excel and can maintain complex spreadsheets)Knowledge
of NetSuite or similar ERP / trade promotion management system a

accomplishing tasksProvide ideas and solutions to our teamsBuild
relationships with customers and other departmentsAbility to work
