Job DescriptionServes as the Single Point of Contact for
handling member service inquiries, issues, and education. Acts with
fast knowledge using integrated service tools. Engages, consults
and educates members based upon the member's unique needs,
preferences and understanding of services.Pay RangeThe typical pay
range for this role is:Minimum: 18.51Maximum: 33.65Please keep in
mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in
the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary
offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including
location.Required Qualifications- Strong verbal and written
communication skills- Experience in dealing with member
escalations- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
and navigate tense situations, especially during high call volume
days- Ability to multitask- Ability to identify trends- Detail

Peoplesafe software-1 year of previous pharmacy customer service
