Job Description:
Job Description This client is a not-for-profit farm
organization whose goal is to be a voice for farmers and rural
people across the state of NC. They have many different offerings
ranging from various insurance services to serving as a legislative
advocate for their members at the local, state, national, and
international levels. The primary responsibility of the position
will be to act as the tier-one helpdesk technician for the entire
organization. They will see a variety of tickets come in with the
majority of those being password reset requests. They may also
resolve issues with Office 365, Active Directory, or the "blue
screen of death". On average, this technician will take 20 tickets
/per day via email and phone support. They will work hand in hand
with other technicians and engineers to work on projects and
resolve issues that are internal to this client are having.

very intelligent people that also have a good sense of humor.
