Senior .NET/C# Web Application Developer
REMOTE ROLE!!!

The client Department of Information Technology - is seeking a Senior .NET/C# Web Application Developer for a 12- month engagement.

***The candidate will be allowed to work remotely until all staff return to site. At that point the candidate will be required to come onsite.
***The candidate will need to use his or her own computer until he or she starts working onsite. When the candidate is working full time on site, he or she will be given client equipment.

Seeking a Senior Level .Net/C# Developer to support the development of highly complex, mission critical scoped applications and Platform capabilities in support of the client Call Center. Candidate will be a part of the DMV Systems - STARS Team and will be responsible developing and supporting .Net/C# based REST API services and assist the ServiceNow Developer with building out custom applications within ServiceNow in support of the DMV Call Center. Successful candidates will be able to think critically in solving urgent mission issues, supporting end to end development of both Portal and back-end platform including workflow and custom widgets and must possess detailed understanding and experience working with Microsoft Visual Studio, .Net and .Net Core frameworks.
The ideal candidate will also have proven development and implementation experience with enterprise level software development programs with the ability to analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, and business processes. Candidate must also be able to document the program and project deliverables as assigned. Consult with clients to prototype, refine, and test, and debug applications and processes to meet the requirements.

---Collaborate with IT management and business users to translate business requirements into user stories for development
---Develop, maintain and support .Net/C# based REST API and Web Applications.
---Capable of extracting business rules and working with clients as required.
---Collaborating as a dedicated team member and demonstrating the ability to clearly communicate with other team members.
---Consult with clients to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications and processes to meet needs.
---Provide quality control for program and project deliverables.

Skills Matrix: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expert in .Net/C# Web Development using ASP.Net, MVC, SQLServer/DB2 Required 7 Years Experience using Git Required 5 Years Experience in ServiceNow integrations solutions including ServiceNow API's, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS Required 5 Years Experience building scalable, server-side applications using RESTful API's .NET Core stack Required 4 Years Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain business processes to IT users and IT applications to business users. Required 4 Years Analyzing existing systems and migrating to latest .NET platforms using scalable and loosely coupled services and design patterns. Required 4 Years Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills. Required 4 Years Experience using Javascript Libraries (Ex. Angular/VueJs/jQuery). Required 3 Years Experience using BizTalk Server.`` Required 1 Years
