Job Description:
The Branch Executive Assistant performs a wide variety of
complex and highly responsible administrative duties to relieve the
Branch Manager of complicated or routine administrative and
technical details. Communicate with branch and corporate employees
in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
--- Extensive knowledge and understanding of customer service and
best practices
--- Extensive knowledge and understanding of current business
acumen
Essential Job Functions:
--- Serves as an administrative assistant to the Branch Manager
--- Anticipates business and the Branch Manager needs and
proactively resolves them
--- Assists with communications between the Branch and
Corporate
--- Manages a calendar of activities and events, schedules
appointments, conferences, and meetings, and makes travel
accommodations and arrangements
--- Attends various meetings and takes notes; prepares meeting
minutes for editing and distributes minute summaries
--- Prepares memoranda, letters, reports, news releases, bulletins,
statistical charts, agendas, handbooks, and other
correspondence
--- Screens mail, calling to Branch Manager's attention to that
which requires immediate action and independently composing replies
to that which does not require personal attention
--- Receives visitors in person and over the phone, answers
questions regarding corporate activities or procedures, and
resolves complaints
--- Coordinates and organizes meetings and workshops; prepares
required materials, makes conference room reservations and
arrangements
--- Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own work to meet deadlines
and accomplish assigned tasks within established timelines
--- Attends to administrative and clerical detail utilizing
initiative, problem analysis techniques, good judgment, and
confidentiality
--- Prepares a variety of materials that may include privileged and
highly sensitive information. Maintains strict confidentiality on
all job-related matters
--- Serves as a liaison with departments and individuals relating
information, policies, inquiries, and regulations
--- Researches and compiles data on assigned topics
--- Makes independent decisions in the absence of the Branch
Manager
--- Keeps accurate records

Qualifications:
--- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written
communication
--- High school diploma or GED required
--- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word
and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new
programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
--- Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is
preferred
--- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
Required Education and Experience:
--- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
--- 3+ years of executive or administrative experience
--- Demonstrated leadership or management experience
--- Demonstrated experience communicating with all levels of
management
--- Demonstrated experience leading by example to foster
relationships within the company and department
--- Demonstrated experience effectively managing relationships with
internal and external partners
--- Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and
oral communication, multi-tasking, working in a team atmosphere
adhering to tight deadlines
--- Demonstrated experience with MS Office software product
Physical Environment:
--- This position is primarily an in-office position

Travel Expectations:
--- Local travel may be required for a company or career-related
meetings, programs, and/or events
