Get to Work. Position Overview: As the Pharma/Biotech Senior
Program Manager, you will be part of a dynamic program team
assigned to an Atrium Biotech/Pharma MSP client located in Boston,
MA. In this role, you will be empowered to deliver on the execution
of the day-to-day operations in conjunction with the Client
Sponsors and with the support of the dedicated program and shared
back-office services teams. The Senior Program Manager leads the
overall strategy for the delivery of day-to-day processes and
procedures for all operations, helps promote and socialize the
program's offerings, and delivers business intelligence to Client
stakeholders and hiring managers with support from the Atrium
Program Management Office (PMO). The Senior Program Manager is
accountable for assuring operational excellence in meeting client
expectations and ensuring proper service is maintained to support
the client's business requirements and all client-specified SLAs.
We are looking for an experienced professional with an inquisitive
mind who is incredibly proactive, an outstanding collaborator, and
demonstrates a passion for operational and customer service
excellence. This role will require the ability to be onsite 2 - 3
days per week in Boston, MA. Relocation assistance available.
Responsibilities of the Pharma/Biotech Senior Program Manager:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive mastery of all day-to-day and
strategic operational functions that are required to service the
Client. These include, but are not limited to: Contingent Workforce
Management, Independent Contractor Compliance, Employer of Record
services, Statement of Work Management, worker onboarding and
offboarding, Co-Employment risk mitigation, utilization reporting,
and analysis
- Top priority will be ensuring successful delivery of the
ongoing program requirements
- Client Relationship & Satisfaction Management - develop and
maintain business relationships with key client stakeholders and
hiring managers
- General Thought Leadership & Strategy - be viewed as the
subject matter expert to the client; provide ongoing training and
education for HR, Procurement & Client Hiring Managers; strategize
with internal and client leadership
- Cultivate executive relationships, develop strategic business
plans, and identify best practices and market-leading solutions in
support of client workforce goals
- Develop long-term client relationships through a consultative
and empathic approach; be the trusted Expert Advisor
- Consult strategically with customers as an Expert Advisor vs.
an order taker: deliver best practice workflows and solutions for
global workforce management success
- Meet regularly with client Hiring Managers and other users of
the Atrium programs to solicit feedback and satisfaction
- Drive the preparation and development of Account Review,
Business Development Plans, and Account Mapping, and assign
responsibility to various team members accordingly
- Lead the preparation and presentation of the Quality Business
Reviews
- Staffing Industry, Managed Service Provider (MSP), Vendor
Management Systems (VMS), Procurement, Human Resources (HR), Early
Talent Hiring
- Experience leading teams to meet service level agreements and
key performance indicators relevant to MSP business
performance
- Strong experience, and detail orientation, in report
development, management, and QA
- Experience in identifying and leading initiatives for process
improvement
- Effective communication, presentation, time management,
organization, and planning techniques
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate excellent communication
- Mentor and develop internal team members and external staffing
partners
- Problem-solve and present conceptual information to all levels
of internal and external management
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated
channels
- Build and execute project plans
- Manage data collection and reports for regular and ad-hoc
reporting needs
Qualifications of the Pharma/Biotech
Senior Program Manager:
- 5+ years of experience within the Contingent Labor space
- MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience onsite with the
client highly preferred
- Impeccable client relationship skills and experience working
with high-touch clients
- Innate passion to continuously learn and apply the nuances of
the business and client culture
- Proven leadership skills, ability to understand financial
analytics, prioritize multiple tasks, and drive projects to
completion
- Lead with integrity and respect, deliver results, champion
change, foster collaboration, and teamwork, engage, and
inspire
- Biotech/Pharma & Global experience is a plus
