Required :Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do :Our
Cybersecurity Consultants are a team of business integrators with
extensive consulting and industry experience who help our clients
solve their complex business issues from strategy through
execution. The ICAM Policy Specialist will provide ICAM-related
subject matter expertise in support of a high visibility government
program, demonstrating a strong understanding of credential
management and other ICAM-related disciplines. Ideal candidates
will have experience managing ICAM related efforts, conducting
policy analysis and development, and thinking strategically to meet
the complex needs of a large organization through a combination of
policy, technology, and process recommendations.What You Will Need
: 7+ years professional experience working within the Identity,
Credentialing, and Access Management space within the Federal
Government 5+ years Consulting experience, including leading client
engagements. Ability to independently develop technical policy and
guidance on a variety of ICAM-related topics Experience
independently developing strategies, technical recommendations,
information papers, and decision briefs; and presenting ideas and
recommendations to senior clients Expert-level familiarity with
FICAM, ICAM-related NIST policies, and related technologies
Experience identifying gaps in existing policy and procedures and
making recommendations to close those gaps Experience analyzing
several courses of action and identifying risks and benefits of
each to determine best path forward Ability to support a dynamic
client-facing team with flexibility and ability to clearly and
concisely communicate ICAM topics and findings to client leaders
Experience applying government mandates and technical requirements.
Excellent oral and written communication skillsWhat Would Be Nice
To Have : Experience developing policy and procedures for the
implementation of Multifactor Authentication and alternate
authenticators (e.g. Yubikey, Derived Credentials) Experience
initiating and leading the development of an enterprise-wide
cybersecurity program within the federal government Knowledge of or
experience working with a Credential Management System (CMS) and
other leading IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, RadiantLogic, Ping)The
annual salary range for this position is $77,500.00-$155,000.00.
Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including
but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security
clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and
