This has given us the ability to provide our customers with a cost-comparable alternative to off-shoring for many reasons:Project Centers in the heart of the United StatesNo more than 2 time zones away from the customerNo more than a half day trip to inspect a project or engagementThe capability of delivering any phase and any size of an engagementSupported by the most extensive onsite consulting team in the industryResponsibilities:Preparation of test plans, test cases, and automationWrite and assign tasks and track the progress of testing; keep tracking tools currentEnsure build verification and regression tests are performed and results reportedEnsure all defects are properly reported and tracked to closureProvide guidance for automation framework creation/enhancement, and oversee development and integration of tests with the goal being to improve product quality while improving QA team executionEnsure thorough, accurate product help documents are producedParticipate in product requirement reviews and project planning for the test portion of a development life-cycleBecome broadly knowledgeable about products being tested in order to advocate for the customerCommunicate positively and successfully with all levels of the organizationMentoring less experienced engineersHave a passion for technologyRequired SkillsSkills: 5+ years in software automated testingMinimum 3+ years' experience with Selenium and/or CucumberAbility to guide a team and work as part of a larger team (collaborating with developers and product management)Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExperience with QA frameworks and tools, performance and load testingExposure to IT Service Management, ITIL, Configuration Management a plusGeneral hands-on knowledge of the Windows operating system and SQL ServerActive participation in Agile Scrum processEagle Creek is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
