*Position Overview*
This critical team member will be providing customer service, technical support and product recommendations to our reseller channel and consumers via phone and email.

*Qualified Candidates will have: *

* Professional, high energy, communication skills (written and verbal).
* 3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
* Proven track record of answering high volume calls, providing customer support or inside sales for technology products or electronics.
* Ability to respond to customer inquiries by researching status of orders for repair, return or servicing.
* Desire to build customer relationships.
* Technical aptitude.
* Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and computer literate.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.
