Trammell Crow Company cultivates an environment that empowers its employees to be the best.Our Project Coordinator position Responsible for performing certain project specific tasks and providing support to other members of the project team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but are not limited too):Ability to work with a high-level of discretion, partnering with large strategic and confidential partners.Invoicing - Assist with company invoice preparation, submitting Vendor invoices and tracking payment of all invoices.Monthly Reporting - Assist with compiling monthly reports.Prepare Change Orders for the Contractor, the Design Professionals and Scopes of Work and manage the Change Order process.Manage Project Box folder.Attends internal and external project meetings with development, construction and design team and prepare and distribute meeting minutes.Keynote preparation.Schedule meetings for the project team.Office operations management.Other duties may be assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external constituents.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGERequires basic knowledge of financial and real estate terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures and percentages.REASONING ABILITYAbility to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires basic analytical skills.OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIESExcel, Word, Project (or similar) and Keynote.SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITYDecisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
