We then deliver our solution to organizations as part of their ongoing cybersecurity awareness program.The Enterprise Account Executive role is an integral part of our growing revenue team. With over 300 qualified inbound leads per month, we need an experienced Enterprise SaaS seller who is highly capable of listening to prospect needs and an expert at positioning our learning solutions accordingly as a Ninjio evangelist. This is not your typical AE role where you get a territory and we say "good luck". Our Chief Sales Officer has been an industry revenue and thought leader for 15 years and brings a methodology to ensure your success which includes; Outside sales trainers, Ninjio playbook, and a operations and SDR team committed to supporting your success.We are profitable, well-funded and on the precipice of making a huge leap in the market with your help!A successful Account Executive will posses the following talents & experience:

  • Intrinsic Characteristics: Drive, curiosity, humility, coachability, self awareness, resilience, problem-solving, integrity and EIQ
  • Knowledge: Awareness of SaaS (preferably e-learning) products, personas, industry, competitive space, pain and messaging
  • Skills: Sales process, methodology, negotiation, objection handling & CRM opportunity management
  • Prior SaaS quota attainment (preferably YoY)
  • Full cycle sales ownership: From SQL to Close
  • Selling to C & VP-level personas & ICP (Security preferred, but not needed)
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders and revenue operations teamsYou are a great fit if you have:
    • 5+ years of SaaS Sales experience
    • A positive attitude & enthusiasm
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • An ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving work environment
    • An unwavering drive to be successful and constantly develop your career
    • Intellectual curiosity and high ambition
    • Proficient Microsoft Office applications skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
    • Superior organizational, planning, and time management skillsEducation: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)Compensation Model: This role pays a healthy, market rate base and variable comp model which is roughly 50/50%, with commissions paid out monthlyBenefits You Will Receive:
